What are Social Anxiety Disorder Symptoms?

If you Occasionally get nervous in some social situations that don't mean that you have a Social Anxiety Disorder, In this situation you don’t have to worry about that but if you strongly feel that in front of four people you feel nervous and start shaking while speaking, now you need to think ahead this situation also called as social phobia. Lot’s of people live with social anxiety disorder and they also know something going wrong with them, but they don’t know this feeling as being a warning associated with illness.

Here are a few social anxiety disorder symptoms: 
  • Having excessive worry too much about everything.
  • Having Interaction fear.
  • Strong anxiety within social situations.
  • Avoiding being social.
  • Fast beating heart, body shaking, confusion, sweating
  • Having fear that other people noticing you’re nervous.
